After the surgery you will need to develop new ways of thinking and behaving that support your new life. And this is not easy! But you can find the support you need in a group coaching environment, where you will find the assistance you may need to help you stay on track!
The Holistic Circle of Health™ is such a program, designed to offer you support after WLS (Weight Loss Surgery).
The focus of this program is to provide both peer support as well as education on how to maximize your investment in long-term health.
WLS surgery is not a “magic bullet” and is only a powerful tool to help you develop new habits to keep the weight loss achieved after surgery, for the long run.
Coaches who facilitate The Holistic Circle of Health™ have had WLS surgery and have demonstrated the ability to reach and maintain healthy weight using the tools, information and diet guidelines suggested by the program.

The Holistic Circle of Health™ uses the concept of bio-individuality to help members find the proper combination of foods that will work best for them. It is not a diet program, but a lifetime process to find out what works best for each person.
How the “Holistic Circle of Health” works:
- Small groups (6-8 participants) to allow for a meaningful experience, where all members have an opportunity to participate and share learning
- Two 90-minute meetings per month to provide time for full participation
- Assessment of personal preferences to support the change process
- Tools to support personal change and transformation
- Joint accountability to reach goals
- Support of people who shares in the same experience
- Learning materials: handouts, books, and other materials to support behavior modification and healthier lifestyles.
